T-COAT ®ANTICORROSIVES TAPES :
T-COAT ® corrosion protection tapes are designed for coating or repairing coverings of pre-existent steel pipelines for gas, water and oil distribution; of secondaries or primaries nets.
T-COAT tapes are self-adhesive and cold-applied. Comprise a bitumen based adhesive modified with elastomers, and a polyethylene film reinforcement, as mechanical protection.
Designed for different requirements of temperature and mechanical strength, T-COAT tapes offer high formability suitable for accessories and irregular parts with T-COAT ® 1300 or higher mechanical strength with T-COAT ® N200.

PRIMER T-COAT:
To obtain optimal results, it is recommended the use of T-Coat Primer in combination with T-Coat tapes.
CHARACTERÍSTICS:
- Application by brush or roller
- Fast drying (5 minutes average)
- Good performance (10 m2 per liter by hand )
- Optimal protection against cathodic disbondment.
It is recommended the use in well aerated places, with gloves. The surface must be free of oxide, dust and/or dirtiness.

DEKOTEC® Heat Shrink Sleeves

DEKOTEC® HTS heat shrink sleeves are wraparound sleeve with an electron beam irradiation crosslinked polyethylene backing and a hotmelt adhesive.
Structure of the Corrosion Prevention System
DEKOTEC® Heat Shrink Sleeves offer proven corrosion prevention over a wide application range. Basically DEKOTEC® HTS products can be applied as a 2-layer or 3-layer system.
2-layer systems (Shrink Sleeve directly applied on steel surface)

The three layer coating from HTS-70 provides excellent corrosion protection to joints of steel pipes operating at temperatures up to + 80 °C.
The DEKOTEC HTS-70 Shrink Sleeve is compatible with mill coatings from PE, PP, FBE and PU.

DEKOTEC® EP Primer

DEKOTEC EP is an epoxy primer coating for shrink sleeve systems. By use in combination with DEKOTEC shrink sleeves, a high performing three layer structure similar to three-layer mill coatings is obtained.
DEKOTEC EP is supplied as ready-to-use EP-Kit (two chamber application bag with applicator sponge) or as bulk material. An optional Application-Kit (with applicator sponge, mixing cup, stirring stick, and protective gloves) and Dosing Pumps can be obtained.
DEKOTEC® DRP

DEKOTEC DRP is a repair kit for damages in corrosion protective coatings on steel pipes, comprising of a heat applied patch and a mastic filler compound (PE Melt Stick or DENSOLEN Mastic Filler).
The DRP repair patch consists of a crosslinked polyethylene backing with a thermoplastic copolymer hotmelt adhesive. DRP is compatible with all types of Polyethylene or Polypropylene coatings as well as FBE, PU, yellow jacket etc. and is designed for operating temperatures up to +80°C.
PETROLATUM - Tapes & mastics

Durable corrosion protection of pipeline components with complex shapes is most reliably achieved by using supple petrolatum tapes that follow the contours of the components. Combination with a pipe protection fleece guarantees additional, very good mechanical protection. This method of working is expressly approved by the DVGW (Deutscher Verein des Gas-und Wasserfachs e.V. - German Association for the Gas and Water Industries) worksheets G462 and G463.
The combination of the DENSO® petrolatum products with DENSOLEN® products and DENSOLEN® Rockshield DRM-PP fleece provides easy to apply and safe corrosion protection with very good resistance to mechanical stresses.
